Nancy at the front desk was kind and patient throughout the check-in process. Very helpful when explaining my insurance policy to me. Nurse Twisha was very knowledgeable about vaccines. She educated me on the different types of vaccines and which ones I needed. When she drew my blood I didnt feel a thing! Ive had nightmares at clinics before, but this process was the best I've ever experienced. Kudos to these 2 women for running this clinic like a well oiled machine!

Great service and great care. I have been to this location for years. Everytime I go it gets better and better. They use to take for eaver to answer the phone to make appts. Now they always pick up. I really want to leave a good review for the front staff in the adult female care side. I also want to leave a excellent Review for: The Nurse: Amiens May, APRN She is Always so Caring and Sweet.

I went back the Cobb & Douglas Public Health earlier this morning and I had another amazing experiencing. I thank Veronica so much for her effectiveness and efficiency. She demonstrated excellent Custer service and professionalism. The staff members at Cobb & Douglas Public Health work collaboratively to help the public. Deisy was assisting me from last week and is not in to assist me today, however, she forwarded the stuff to Veronica. They have a high level of teamwork and they care about those they serve. Thank you Veronica and Deisy!

I had a wonderful experience at the Health Department today. Amy and Marie were both incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. It's not often that you come across people who are genuinely warm and caring, but Amy and Marie went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Their professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for your help and for making my visit such a pleasant experience! Amy was truly the icing on the cake the way she came inside the room and welcomed me and it made me feel so happy. Thanks Amy God bless you.

I just want to recognize the incredible woman at the front desk Nancy who truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel heard, valued, and supported. I’m going through a difficult situation, and she did everything she possibly could to help. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference in my day. It’s rare to meet someone who treats people with that level of compassion. She is an absolute asset to your team, and I’m so grateful for her.
